If he paid for the CD and havent gotten it and paid via paypal dispute it and get the cash back. We all know hes not answering private messages on here for what ever reason. Just need to dispute it and get the cash back. Its like what happens on ebay when something like this happens.

Besides the obvious points here, isn't anyone the least bit concerned that he "disappeared", and a lot of people depend on his numbering conventions and files? This disappearance and controversy is enough for me to decide to stop using his files and system.

As far as the CD goes, file a dispute as recommended, and get your money back. There's no sense in hanging onto hope for something that's not going to happen. Be it ignorance or a true problem, everyone trying to run a "business" very well knows you need to have backups in place in case of situations like this. If you're selling your files and information to people for a fee, then that qualifies as a business, and needs to be conducted as such.

Frankly, I don't trust the whole situation. But that's my two cents. Just get your money back from paypal, and move on.

His disappearance is troubling. But on the issue of the CD that was my advice to go through paypal ( like someone else before me mentioned). IF Chris gets to talk to him on the phone well see what happens there. If hes hiding for some reason I wish he would come out here and address whats going on so a.) we dont worry and b.) anyone who bought from him could address him directly. Since I havent bought anything im sitting in the A group. Ill keep my eye tuned here to see if he pops up or if any info finds its way to this thread.

This conversation is being monitored. Some of you get it, other's don't. We try to take care of each other here, and if someone took your money without returning the goods, you would be on the other side of the fence. I will not allow bad mouthing of anyone here. Everything stated so far is a matter of public record, so those of you who think a vendetta is happening, or something else, is just plain not aware of the facts. I would have preferred the individual was able to take care of all of this in the background, but attempts to do so have been ignored or not addressed.
We will see what happens. Should it get much worse than it is, the thread will be locked or deleted.

That be me...but I sure hope it all gets resolved for everyone involved. Sure hate for anyone to loose any money and would sure be bummed if my confidence in someone I've learned lots from caused others a hardship of any kind. Sure hope there are postitive answers here, would make for good and final closure on this topic. I hope the best for everyone. ...On a postitive note and for the sake of 991/2 persent of why LCR is a great forum today, Im posting my next find. A 1997 ddo (ear). And he sure is handsome.
